Whatever size you land on, the pillow only looks as good as the photo you send. A clear, well-lit shot where your dog is sitting or standing, ideally the whole dog in frame, gives the cleanest cut-out. Photos taken from slightly above, with your dog looking toward the camera, tend to work best.

Materials Comfort and Care

  • Every custom dog pillow has a soft velvet polyester shell over a plush polyester fiber fill, with a loft of about 4 to 6 inches depending on the size you choose. It's built to be hugged.

  • The photo prints in full color on both sides, so it's never facing the wrong way on a couch or a bed. What you send is what shows, edge to edge, front and back.

  • It's also machine washable and dryable, and the photo won't fade. This matters when it’s going to get slept with, sat on, and probably chewed on a little. Wash it, dry it, put it back on the couch.

The mockup you see after uploading is generated automatically. Before your order goes into production, one of our designers reviews the photo and adjusts it by hand so the finished pillow matches what you sent.

Can I put two dogs, or my dog and me, on the same pillow?

Yes. If you want more than one subject on the pillow, leave a note at checkout so the design team knows what to include.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Every pillow is made to order for one customer, so we don't take returns. If something's off, we'll remake it for free until you're happy.

What happens if my photo is blurry or low resolution?

If a photo's too blurry or low-res to get a good result, our design team will reach out before production to ask for a better one, rather than send out a pillow that doesn't look right.

Can I leave a note or a special request for the design team?

Yes, there's a spot for that at checkout, and the design team reads it before they start working on your pillow.

Do you ship outside the United States?
